10 Dating Ideas During a Pandemic.

As if dating your spouse wasn’t hard enough before this global pandemic occurred!

Now everything in our world has changed and we need to find some new and creative ways to have date nights with our partner.  I know the last thing you might be thinking about right now is how to romance your partner.  Everyone is full of emotions such as worry, uncertainty and fear.  These things can really take a toll on your relationship!  But this is the time you really need to put emphasis on your relationship.  This is the time you should turn to each other, how you act towards each other in bad situations can define you as a couple.  During bad times is when your relationship can become threatened.  I don’t want that to happen to you!

I have created a pandemic list of ideas how you can have a date night and romance your partner.  I hope you can find some time to put everything aside (even for a little while) and really enjoy your partner.  It’s truly important!

Have a picnic – you can either do this in your backyard or at a park or beach.

Exercise together – Meditation and yoga are really fun things you can do while the kids are in bed.

Watch a movie together – maybe cuddle in bed and watch a good movie together.

Watch the stars – It can be so romantic to sit outside and watch the stars and have intimate conversations.

Order take out and eat it in bed – One parent can put the kids to bed while the other picks up dinner.  Then have fun serving each other in bed.

What’s that food challenge – each of you pick out 3 to 5 foods and feed them to one another while blindfolded.  The winner gets to (your pick).

Make your own beer or wine – There are kits you can buy to make your own tasty beverages right from your own home.

Games – play some cards or a board game together.  If you don’t like that try butting a puzzle together.

Spa night – take turns rubbing each other and see where it leads ;)

Dress up – Get dressed up as if you were going out on a date and slow dance together.

I hope you have fun!  Feel free to add to the list!  Let me know what fun and creative ways you come up with during this pandemic also!  I love hearing from you!
